Do I need a formal referral?
No. Anyone can start a referral: participants, family members, support coordinators, plan managers or GPs. The form asks who is making the referral and takes it from there.
Which funding do you accept in the Barossa?
We work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, older adults through My Aged Care, and private clients.
