Who it’s for
NDIS participants and older adults whose home is the barrier rather than their capacity.

Common questions
What counts as a minor home modification?
Generally changes that do not alter the structure of the building. Grab rails, ramps, step modifications, tap and door hardware, and many bathroom changes.
Do you visit the house?
Always. Access assessment cannot be done remotely; the measurements matter.
Do you work with the builder?
Yes. A report a builder cannot quote from has not finished the job.
What if I rent?
Modifications are still possible, but they need the owner’s consent. We will tell you early if that is going to be the sticking point.
